Family House

The aim of this bachelor thesis is working out the project documentation for the process of planning permission of a detached house in the town of Nemšová, which is 16 km from the county seat in Trenčín. Vertical and horizontal supporting structures of both floors are designed from the type of system Porotherm, which is a type of block construction system. The basement is built from shuttering blocks from the system of Terrablock, where the blocks are embedded in concrete and interconnected with reinforcement. Roof structure is designed as a single aisle flat roof sitting on the ceiling construction above the last floor. This house has got two floors above ground and a basement. The first floor is used as a social part of the house and the second floor acts as a quiet zone. In the basement there are rooms which serve mainly for all utilities and also as a cellar for storing garden products. There is also a relaxing part of the house which has fitness facilities. The building site is flat and located near the river Vlara, which is separated from the land by a flood dyke to protect against the millennial water. All constructions were designed according to valid ČSN codes and regulations.
Application of Selected Valuation Methods on a House in a Selected Location

The diploma thesis deals with determination of the price of a family house, located in Vranovice. The theoretical part discusses the basic procedures and terminology necessary for property valuation. The aim of the thesis is to use different valuation methods, to evaluate them and to determine the difficulty in terms of the job and the amount of input data needed. Property will be evaluated by direct comparison and cost method. At the end of the thesis we will assess to what extent the price shares listed in the Valuation Ordinance, correspond with the price shares in the item budget and evaluate the calculated prices of the family house.
Making of the survey sketch in accordance with valid regulations for use in the land registry in district Brno-country

This bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of a survey sketch for marking the perimeter of the building and changing the boundaries of the land. The work contains information about the location, the equipment used, the methods used in the measurement and other theoretical information related to the creation of survey sketches. The final output is a survey sketch with all the details, prepared according to valid decree no. 346/2022 Coll., amending decree no. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral degree). The survey sketch was prepared based on the real situation in the field and is suitable for confirmation by the relevant cadastral office.
Legal regime of water related land

The introduced graduation theses deals with the issue of legal regime of land associated with water. In the four major fields, which are water courses, land relations in area protection of water, land relations in areas endangered with high flood and land relations connected to waterworks, the theses analyses legal regulations of land relations with the emphasis on limitations of ownership, which conclude from these relations. In the center of attention of the theses are the laws in the water act, laws which are inferior to the legal force of the water act and laws in the new civil code.

Transfer of ownership right to land

The thesis deals with the terms of transfer of the ownership right to land. It is comprised of three main chapters. The first chapter defines the various basic terms relevant to this thesis with emphasis on the specific attributes of the soil. The second chapter is devoted to the first phase of the two-phase process of transfer of the ownership right to land, i.e. the acquisition title. The third chapter describes the second phase of the above mentioned process which is the registration of the ownership right into the Cadastre of Immovables.
